Founder & Construction Industry Professional
KVS Nagaraju is a Civil Engineer with 18 years of rich experience in the construction industry. He has worked with reputed construction companies before promoting his own construction firm, UCON Engineering & Consulting Services.
Nagaraju specializes in Cost Management, working as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator and Tendering Engineer. His expertise in cost management has been appreciated by his clients across various projects.
He has been involved in more than 5,000,000 sq. ft. of residential, commercial and township construction projects to date.
KVS Nagaraju is a strong believer in systems and brings a systems-driven approach to every project. He believes that structured processes and disciplined execution are essential to achieving consistent project outcomes.
As a construction domain specialist, Nagaraju has successfully delivered projects across multiple segments, including residential and non-residential developments, land development and site preparation.
